The website and mobile App are property of "Satclub.ai", for the remainder of this document will be referred to as "Satclub.ai". The following terms and conditions apply to the website, application, content, and functionality offered by 'Satclub.ai'. This includes the mobile and tablet versions as well as any other version of 'Satclub.ai' accessible via desktop, mobile, tablet, social media, or other devices. The 'Satclub.ai' application is available for iOS and Android operating systems.
This Agreement sets forth legally binding terms for your use of 'Satclub.ai'. By using 'Satclub.ai', you agree to be bound by this Agreement, whether you are a "Visitor" (which means that you simply browse the 'Satclub.ai' website) or a "User" (which means that you have registered on 'Satclub.ai'). If you do not accept the terms of this Agreement, you should leave the 'Satclub.ai' website, not download the application, and suspend the use of its functionalities immediately. We may modify this Agreement from time to time, and such modification shall be effective upon posting on 'Satclub.ai'. You agree to be bound by any modification when you use 'Satclub.ai' after any such modification is posted.
The use of the App and functionalities for children under 13 years is prohibited. For students under 18, a parent or legal guardian must provide consent and supervision. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you have the right, power, and authority to enter into this Agreement and to fully perform your obligations hereunder.
To access and make use of the platform and functionalities available on the 'Satclub.ai' App, you must first create an Account with a username and password (the "Account"). You must always provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, and all activity under your account will be deemed as your responsibility.
Satclub.ai gives you a personal, worldwide, royalty-free, non-assignable and non-exclusive license to use the software provided to you as part of its functionalities. This license is solely to enable you to use and enjoy the benefit of the services provided by Satclub.ai, in the manner permitted by these terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our functionalities or included software, nor may you reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code, unless laws prohibit those restrictions or you have our written permission.
Access to certain features of Satclub.ai may require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law or expressly stated in our refund policy.
'Satclub.ai' provides test-preparation tools for educational purposes only. While we strive to offer accurate and helpful practice materials, we do not guarantee specific SAT scores or admission outcomes. Your use of the App and reliance on the materials is at your own risk.
Certain features of the App may permit users to upload content, such as practice answers, comments, or study notes ("User Content"). You retain rights to your User Content, but grant 'Satclub.ai' a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and use your content for the purposes of operating and improving the platform.
All materials on 'Satclub.ai', including names, logos, trademarks, images, text, graphics, videos, software, and other elements are protected by copyrights, trademarks, and/or other intellectual property rights owned or licensed by 'Satclub.ai'. No material may be copied, reproduced, republished, transmitted, or distributed without prior written permission.
You agree not to misuse the platform. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:
Sharing login credentials
Attempting to bypass payment requirements
Using automated tools to scrape or extract content
Uploading harmful or offensive material
Interfering with security-related features
Reverse engineering or unauthorized access to our systems
'Satclub.ai' is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the operation of the App or the accuracy of the content. We disclaim all liability for interruptions, errors, or loss of data.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, 'Satclub.ai' shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, profits, or academic outcomes, arising from your use of the App.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 'Satclub.ai' and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any rights of another.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms, misuse the platform, or engage in unlawful activity. Upon termination, your license to use the App will end immediately.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any dispute arising under these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration, except that either party may bring an action in small claims court or seek injunctive relief for intellectual property violations.
